We accept the following payment methods for software purchases and subscription plans:
1. Add items to cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Select your preferred payment method (Crypto or Email Request).
3. For crypto, send the exact amount to the provided wallet address.
4. For email request, you will receive payment instructions within 24 hours.
5. After payment verification, your subscription will be activated or download link will be sent within 4 hours.
We do not store any payment details on our servers. Crypto transactions are irreversible; please double-check wallet addresses. All communication regarding payments is done via secure email.
All subscription and software purchases are non‑refundable. However, if you experience technical issues, contact us within 7 days for assistance. Refunds are considered only in case of duplicate payment or system error.
Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically. You will receive a reminder email 5 days before expiry. To cancel, contact us at least 3 days before renewal.
